Need help figuring out your next career move?  The Temple WELL Program assists high school graduates with achieving their career goals.  We can help you with: 

  • Career Exploration - We utilize career exploration tools that help identify opportunities that lead to realistic careers
  • Career Planning - Learn about the job market analysis and career training opportunities
  • Career Coaching - We work with you to develop specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timebound plans to reach your goals
  • College Preparation -- We can help prepare you for college utilizing WELL’s college prep resources
  • Employment Assistance - We can share effective job search and interviewing techniques
  • Career Advancement -- We can teach job retention and promotion skills
  • Certifications - Learn about local training, certification, and employment opportunities, and participate in on-campus and community partner activities

Target Audience

Individuals with a GED or high school diploma who need assistance with achieving their career goals.

Application Process

Email:  well@temple.edu or call 215-204-2560.

You will receive an email message with instructions on filling out an application form.

Once a completed application form is returned, a staff person will call to set up a time for you to come in for a Orientation Session.

Our work is made possible thanks to the support of Pennsylvania Department of Education / Division of Adult Education.  The Division of Adult Education administers federal and state adult basic and family literacy funds. Adult basic and family literacy education programs funded by the Division of Adult Education provide a full range of services that support Pennsylvanians in developing basic skills that are necessary to participate fully in the education of their children, find and keep family-sustaining employment, or obtain a high school equivalency credential. The Division of Adult Education also oversees high school equivalency testing in Pennsylvania, and provides professional development for adult education and family literacy program staff, including training for volunteer tutors of adult education.
