Katrina has worked in the higher education, public health, and primary and mental healthcare sectors. Within these industries, she provided supportive and wellness services (e.g., advising, mental, behavioral, personal, and career counseling, mentoring, and coaching) to diverse populations. Her specialty populations include at-risk and underprepared students, low-income, adult learners, emerging adults, Black Americans, and communities of color.
Katrina holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision (CES) from the University of the Cumberlands, a Master of Science degree in Higher Education Counseling/Student Affairs and has completed post-master coursework in clinical mental health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
