Gail Smalls, MHS, is the Tutor & ESL Coordinator with the WELL program. As the Tutor Coordinator, she manages a network of volunteer tutors. She recruits, screens, provide straining and evaluates activities of the volunteer and tutor staff.  As the ESL Coordinator, Gail coordinates the daily activities of the ESL program which includes recruiting and assessing students, developing supplemental curriculum training materials and overseeing the ESL instructional staff.  She also oversees data collection and entry into the e-data system.
