Ms. Fatbardha Goxhaj was hired in March 2001 as a part time program aide with the Center for Social Policy and Community Development. In December 2001, she joined CSPCD full-time as Financial Assistant within the Business Office Team. Effective March 2011, her position was re-evaluated to new title Financial Specialist and now is working with the Lenfest Center for Community Workforce Partnerships. 

From 2001 to 2005, Ms. Goxhaj worked as part- time Senior Bookkeeper at Alfonso Cannon Funeral Chapels Philadelphia, PA and from 2005 to 2011, she worked as part time Tax Specialist I. H & R Block Philadelphia, PA. 

In March 1997, Ms. Goxhaj's family immigrated from Albania. In January 2002, she became a citizen of the United States of America. 

From 1983 to 1997, she worked as Accountant at Affiliation of Oil Production Fier, Albania.
