Ms. Niaundria Ramsuer is the Department Coordinator for the Lenfest Center for Community Workforce Partnerships.. As a Department Coordinator, she assist sall programs within the Center, with the HR hiring process and payroll tracking for all part-time, bi-weekly full-time, monthly full-time staff and program participants.
Ms. Ramseur reports directly to the Executive Director (Shirley Moy) for the Center and also supports the Associate Director of Finance, Financial Specialist, Program Coordinator and Program Aides throughout the Center. She provides assistance with the processing of HR Payroll through Banner, reviewing and maintaining billing and accuracy telecommunications invoicing, submitting request through TUPortal for facilities, and also provide assistance with special events hosted Michael Robinson (Director of Community Outreach and Hiring), internal staff and some outside agencies.
Ms. Ramseur has been with Temple for 16 years and started as a temporary Data Entry Clerk with no GED or Diploma. Since then, she graduated and received her GED certificate through the WELL Program and transitioned from a Data Entry Clerk to a full time Department Coordinator.
Ms. Ramseur shared that she has learned a lot through her journey here at Temple and appreciate all of those to whom she has networked, worked with or have built professional relationships.
